1. Wastewater Collection

Wastewater flows into the stainless steel collection tank through the inlet.

Stainless steel tank: corrosion-resistant and tightly sealed.

Fully enclosed design: equipped with an exhaust port to prevent odors.

Maintenance drain outlet: located at the bottom for easy cleaning.

Liquid level sensor: continuously monitors water levels inside the tank.

2. Solid-Liquid Separation

A stainless-steel interception screen is installed inside the tank:

Captures solid particles ≥10 mm

Prevents debris from entering and damaging the pump

Separated water flows into the collection tank for pumping

When the pump starts, a backwash flow removes collected debris and discharges it along with the outflow

Complete debris removal with each backwash-no residue

3. Pump Activation & Drainage

When the water reaches the start level, the level switch activates the pump.

The pump pressurizes and discharges wastewater through a check valve into the outdoor drainage system.

When water drops to the stop level, the pump shuts off automatically.

In case of heavy inflow or pump failure, the standby pump activates automatically.

When the water reaches the alarm level, the system issues an audible alarm or sends a remote signal.

4. Automatic Control & Safety Protection

The entire system operates under a fully automatic control program:

Automatic start at high water level

Automatic stop at low water level

Dual-pump operation when inflow exceeds single-pump capacity

Built-in overcurrent and overload protection
