Stainless steel submersible pumps are designed for versatile use across many working environments and industrial applications. They feature a compact structure, require minimal installation space, and deliver stable, high-efficiency performance. Thanks to their durable stainless steel housing, these pumps offer extended service life and reliable operation even under demanding conditions.
Benefits of Stainless Steel Casing Submersible Pumps
1. Reliable Operation in High-Temperature Conditions
The stainless steel housing provides excellent heat resistance, allowing the pump to operate steadily in hot-water environments up to about 80°C. This makes it a dependable option for facilities that handle hot water or face regular temperature changes.
2. Enhanced Waterproof and Sealing Structure
Each connection point is reinforced with upgraded sealing materials to minimize the risk of water leakage. This structure helps the pump maintain stable performance underwater, even when exposed to higher pressure for long periods.
3. Strong Durability Against Corrosion and Wear
Stainless steel offers better resistance to corrosion and impact than traditional cast-iron casings. This durability helps extend the working life of the pump, especially in applications involving wastewater, seawater, or chemically influenced water sources.
4. Lower Failure Rate and Reduced Service Needs
The combination of corrosion-resistant materials and improved sealing results in fewer maintenance issues. For users, this means predictable running costs and more stable performance during long-term operation.

Conditions of Use
Submersion Depth
The pump should run with the center of the impeller as the reference point. Under normal working conditions, the submerged depth must not exceed 5 meters. This ensures stable pressure balance and protects the motor from overload.
Liquid Temperature
The medium temperature must remain below 40°C. Higher temperatures may affect sealing performance and shorten the service life of internal components.
Kinematic Viscosity
The liquid should have a kinematic viscosity in the range of 7×10⁻⁷ to 23×10⁻⁶ m²/s. This range ensures proper flow through the pump without causing excessive resistance or reducing the pump's output.
Medium Density
The maximum density of the liquid should not exceed 1.2×10³ kg/m³. Operating within this limit helps maintain stable load conditions and prevents excessive stress on the motor.
PH Range Based on Material
For pumps made of 304 stainless steel, the recommended pH range of the medium is 4–10.
For 316 stainless steel, the medium should be within pH 2–13.
These ranges help prevent corrosion and maintain long-term durability of the pump body and internal parts.
